NVIDIA’s current B300 SuperPOD guidance lists one-SU storage targets of 80 GB/s read and 40 GB/s write for Standard workloads, or 250 GB/s read and 124 GB/s write for Enhanced workloads. One SU contains 72 DGX B300 systems. Last verified: 2026-10-03.
